A smartphone and a potted plant rest on a white counter in front of a desktop computer displaying an outdoor scene, with the billing software window subtly open, reflecting the end-of-month fees.

Research has shown that chiropractic is one of the most affordable types of health care, and that regular chiropractic care greatly reduces overall cost of healthcare and improves your overall health. We believe that direct payment at each visit is the most efficient way for us to receive what we have earned from a grateful patient.

Chiropractic Fees

Chiropractors typically charge per visit. The College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) prohibits prepayment, bundles and memberships for chiropractic services. The BC Chiropractic Association publishes fee guidelines, which we typically follow. You can see our current fees on our scheduling page and you can also read our notice of fee adjustment.

Care Recommendations

Under no circumstances will we ever make care recommendations based on your health coverage (or lack thereof). Recommendations are always based on your particular health needs, not your financial ones. That being said, we will always discuss and modify care programs to suit your financial and health needs as you see fit.

Direct Billing

Our office provides direct billing for RCMP members and for low-income patients with MSP coverage (premium assistance). Other patients must pay in full at the time of their visit.

Extended Health Insurance Benefits

You may submit your receipts (or annual statements) to your benefit provider for fee reimbursement according to your health insurance benefits.

ICBC

ICBC cases are welcome. Payment is due at the time of the visit. You may submit your receipts or statements to ICBC for reimbursement when applicable. ICBC may not cover the full fee. You will be responsible to cover the difference. You can visit the ICBC site for current automatically approved treatment amounts, as well as our booking page to see our current fees.

WorkSafe BC

Our office has voluntarily opted out of accepting WorkSafe cases. You are welcome to visit our office for other issues during your claim (including general wellness), but we will not provide care for the injury under your claim during that period.
